Very cosy and welcoming 2-room holiday rental in the St. Peter-Böhl area. The “Marion” holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the “Kiek in de See” building and has approximately 35 m² of living space. • Very nice living room with a sofa, 2 armchairs, and a flat-screen TV • Bedroom with a double bed and a built-in closet • Small kitchen with a dining area for 2 people, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. • Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet • Very nice patio • Hallway with coat rack • Parking space next to the house and Wi-Fi access. Bedding is provided free of charge; towels can be rented for a fee.

The holiday rental has a quiet terrace that invites you to relax and unwind.

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Sehr schönes Wohnzimmer und liebevoll eingerichtet. Mit der Vermietung und Schlüsselübergabe hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Bushaltestelle fast vor der Haustür. Sehr ruhige Wohnlage mit schönem Garten, ideal zum Abschalten und Erholen. Mängel: leider keine Kehrschaufel, nur einen kleinen Mülleimer, Mülltrennung deshalb etwas schwierig, Kissen und Decke sollten mal gereinigt werden, müffelt etwas und das Badezimmerfenster sollte mal gründlich gereinigt oder besser noch erneuert werden. Das Internet ist wackelig aber funktioniert größtenteils. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Böhl ist etwas abseits von Zentrum von daher kann man sich gut erholen und hat seine Ruhe. Für mich war es genau richtig.

Sehr schöne Ruhige Wohnung!!!! Alle Zimmer mit Elektrischen Jalousien. Aussen ist eine kleine Terasse . Der Vermieter vom Haus ist sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder. Gruß Conny
