Excellent Choice and Excellent Owners

We cannot say enough about this great house and the owners Klaus and Susanne. The house is very well equipped and decorated. There was nothing we felt we were missing, unlike vacation homes in the past. Everything worked perfectly and we felt extremely comfortable. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Zimmer sind alle liebevoll gestaltet und man fühlt sich direkt angekommen und wohl. Klaus ist ein toller Gastgeber der jederzeit ansprechbar ist. Die Wohnanlage Spanish Wells ist eine super gepflegte Anlage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren in den Osterferien als 4-köpfige Familie zu Gast; die Gastfreundschaft von Familie Quint ist ausnehmend sehr sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich! Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand und es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts, sogar Strandstühle, SonnenSchirm, Waveboard, Kühltasche, Waschmittel, Fahrräder etc. ist vorhanden. Hervorzuheben ist die besondere Sauberkeit des Hauses und des Pool- und Gartenbereiches. Es waren unvergessliche Urlaubswochen und wir danken Klaus und Susanne Quint sehr! Familie Schulz

5 Stars all around!

My husband & I rented this house from Klaus for a month and I can honestly say we have nothing negative to report- our experience was all positive. The house is spacious and comfortable and very clean. It’s decorated nicely and has a lot of nice amenities, my favorite being an amazing espresso machine, so bring your beans! We had a few, minor, things come up and Klaus was on the case practically before I could send the text to let him know about it. The kitchen was well stocked and there was nice beach paraphernalia to use- Chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. The neighbors are all very kind and friendly, in fact you can’t walk around the development without waving to at least 10 people. As far as location, There are a lot of good, fun restaurants close by, the Fish House probably being our favorite. Though there is more “fine dining” probably in Naples. Publix is basically across the street, the beach is a 10 min drive. Parking is so difficult there (February) we figured out you have to be there by 8:00 am to get a spot. Naples is an easy drive which opens up a whole other realm of higher end, delicious restaurants and shopping. All in all we were so pleased with this rental - the house itself, the location and the Landlord. All 5 stars!
