In the common outdoor area, which is shared with only one other apartment, there is a spectacular rooftop shared terrace with a magnificent view of the glittering sea. Here you can tan under the warm sun and enjoy the fresh breeze from the ocean. There is also a shared covered dining area where you can share delicious meals with your loved ones. Thanks to the dreamlike location of the property, a supermarket as well as a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity: all within 300 m or a 3-minute walk away. Furthermore, the pebble beach Playa del Muellito is only 100 m away and the stunning, sandy beach of Playa De Los Lagos 500 m or a 7-minute walk away. Here you can stretch out on the soft sand, learn some surfing or simply refresh yourself in the sparkling ocean.



There is access to the terrace from the staircase of the building, but not directly from the apartment.
