Room was kinda dirty. Room was hot when we came in. The pictures were misleading there was no toiletries on the counter when we arrived. To us it was just a place to sleep so we didn't care too much but still...... also the blinds were broken and falling down this place just needs a revamp

Vince was very responsive whenever I contacted him before, during, and after our stay. The HVAC remote wasn't working and maintenance was at the door with batteries in a very timely manner. Vince was very kind and helpful and checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. His expectations were clearly communicated.

This property is not as advertised Hot Tub green water cold bathroom had mold and peeling paint. Flooring coming up. No rugs. Wall paint dirty. Gym missing most free weights and dirty. Mini split spit out dirt. This place was a joke for the cost. Moved out the next day which disrupted our plans. Owner kept telling us they will check with housekeepers??? What do they have to do with anything?? Asked for our money back still no answers! Don’t stay here!

Great studio suite. Located right in front of a condo/apartment complex. Able to use the pool and gym from the complex. Short walk to the Scottsdale Stadium and close to lots of great restaurants.

GREAT Place

Small but very clean and efficient and in a great location. Love the large outdoor patio area which is also kept very clean. Pool is very close and easily accessible. Within easy walking distance to Old Town. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Scottsdale.
