Thank you for choosing Savannah Escape and for your helpful feedback. I’m glad the back porch was a highlight. I apologize for the trouble with the TVs and connectivity — that shouldn’t happen. We’ve scheduled a tech check and have added clearer TV/streaming instructions to the welcome guide. We’ve also increased the number of towels and washcloths and will make sure the property is stocked for each guest going forward. Thanks again for the suggestions; they help us improve. We hope to welcome you back. - The Lucky Team

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced and completely understand how these details can impact your overall experience. We truly appreciate your feedback and suggestions, and we’ll be sure to share them with our maintenance, housekeeping, and property teams for review. Thank you again for choosing Lucky Savannah. Thank you for the kind review. We’re glad Savannah Escape’s location and cleanliness worked well for your visit and that the fenced backyard and screened porch were enjoyable. Happy we could help with trash bags and the TV, and that parking accommodated your vehicles. We appreciate the note about the stairs—bedrooms are on the second floor and we do note that in the listing; we apologize if the steps were challenging for anyone. - The Lucky Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you had an overall good experience, but we’re sorry to learn about the issues you encountered during your stay. We apologize for the trouble with the upstairs shower, including the shower head and water pressure. That is certainly not the experience we want for our guests, and we will have our team look into this right away. We’re also sorry that the street noise impacted your comfort. While Savannah is a lively city, we understand that better communication about potential noise could help guests prepare, and we appreciate your suggestion about providing earplugs as a thoughtful amenity. Your feedback is very helpful and will be shared with our team as we continue working to improve both the property and the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better conditions. The Lucky Team
