Waldlicht Titisee - close to the lake in 5 minutes

This beautiful apartment with an area of 67 m² invites you to feel good. It is located in a quiet top location of Titisee directly on the edge of the forest, within 4 minutes to the lake, 4 minutes to the train station and ideally suited as a starting point for walks to the lakeside promenade, the bathing paradise or for the hiking / biking trails. Upon arrival, you will receive the Hochschwarzwald Card, which entitles you to many free benefits and regional transport during your holiday.

The living space is distributed on two levels and has a special charm. The open living room, with a large dining area and kitchen connects via a wooden staircase to the second floor. The cozy bedroom upstairs is open to the rooftop and has direct access to the bathroom with shower. The children's room is downstairs and has two single beds, which can accommodate adults if required. There is no balcony at this apartment, but the covered terrace of the common room in the house has direct access to the large wooded lawn, you will find enough freedom for a relaxing stay.

The apartment was in a very quiet area, backing the forest and the start of trail system from Titisee. Short walk to train station. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Die Wohnung liegt super in einer Sackgasse mit kurzem Wege zum Titisee. Im Sommer ist es leider in der Wohnung, insbesondere im oberen Schlafbereich sehr warm. Die Küche sollte unbedingt mal wieder neu bestückt werden. Der Wäscheständer war auch defekt, ansonsten aber eine schöne Wohnung in super Lage.

Locatie van de woning is prima. Bedden zijn dramatisch (zijn zelfs 1 dag eerder naar huis vertrokken, omdat zelfs de kinderen last hadden van hun rug). Woning is niet geschikt voor 6 personen. Geen pannen aanwezig, 5 kopjes, 5 borden. Klopt helemaal niets van

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Leider mit einem kleinen Manko. Sie ist sehr hellhörig, die Nachbarn hat man morgens um 7 beim unterhalten gehört wir hätten gerne noch 2h geschlafen. Die lage ist sonst super ruhig.

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Malheureusement la météo n’était pas de la partie. Nous sommes partie une journée avant la date du départ initiale. L’appartement est convenable et cosy. Pour autant il faut savoir que la deuxième chambre ne doit pas excéder 6m2 (pour deux, c’est juste …), pas de volets roulants pour la première chambre, petite cuisine pas très fonctionnelle, pas de balcon. Rapport qualité / prix : bon

Wir haben die gemütliche Wohnung sehr genossen. Es ist alles da was man braucht, wir fanden sie auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet... Gute Lage in Titisee... mit der Schwarzwald Card konnten wir vieles Unternehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Schöne Dachgeschoss-Wohung im Apartmenthaus am Titisee

Unsere Dachgeschoss-Wohnung war optisch wirklich überragend. Sie war sehr modern ausgestattet und hat dennoch ihren Schwarzawld-Flair nicht verloren. Einziger Minuspunkt für das Apartmenthaus sind die Tiefgaragenparkplätze. Diese sind sehr eng und die Ein- und Ausfahrt zur Garage ist sehr unübersichtlich. Dennoch sehr zu empfehlen - wir kommen sicher wieder!

Zauberhaft

Das Objekt ist schön gelegen in der Nähe des Titisees. Von hieraus lassen sich viele kleine und große Touren planen. Die Gegend ist ein Traum. An einigen Stellen in der Wohnung gibt es Nachholbedarf, aber im Großen und Ganzen eine schöne und gepflegte Wohnanlage.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, in ruhiger Lage, modern und komplett ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und man ist nach 5 Minuten zu Fuß schon im Zentrum, am Bahnhof und am See. Auch das empfehlenswerte "Badeparadies Schwarzwald" ist in 15 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Einziger kleiner negativer Aspekt ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz der Wohnung, der für größere Fahrzeuge schwierig im Handling ist. Beim nächsten Mal reisten wir besser mit der Bahn an! :-)
