Unique Historic Mountain Cabin In Beautiful Como

A beautiful mountain cabin with hot tub near Boreas pass has spectacular views of the Rocky Mountain range. Located only 35 miles from Breckenridge minutes to Park and Summit County has everything to offer in our mountain towns. This one bedroom, one bath fully remodeled, awesome loft and 2 twin beds perfect for the children. A full kitchen and a cozy family room you will feel right at home in our sweet cabin. We provide maps, games, free wifi and local knowledge of the surrounding area.



Our cabin in Como is only 35 miles from Breckenridge, 45 minutes to the hot springs in Buena Vista, and 20 minutes to 14`ers Mt Democrat, Lincoln and Democrat.



Local wildlife is abundant. We are outdoor enthusiasts friendly. We have traveled all over the world, mainly to areas with spectacular natural environments and have received great hospitality. We hope to provide travelers and vacationers with all of things we value most in our accommodations when we travel.



We have furnished the house with all the items we use on a regular basis to support outdoor adventuring and make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Our house has ample room for you to spread out all of your gear and local guide books to help you plan for your next day’s adventure.



To help after your day in the mountains, we have a high capacity washer & dryer and lots of hanging hooks to organize or dry out all of your gear. We are both avid adventures and can give suggestions on the area’s best climbs, skis and hikes. Cabin has both propane heat and a great wood burning stove for your enjoyment.



After your day exploring Summit and Park county you will enjoy our home`s open living space which invites togetherness and easy conversation.



You will have our cabin all to yourself. Please feel free to use the wood burning stove as all firewood is provided!



We generally are able to help with whatever comes up. We can also provide great local knowledge of activities, restaurants, etc. in the area. We have experience with downhill skiing, back country skiing, climbing, canyoning, hiking, rock climbing, biking, and most other outdoor activities in the area.



We love dogs here in Colorado and your pet is welcome anytime! However we do have a few rules for your furry friend to follow:

- Please have your pet stay off the furniture.

- Please clean up after your pet. Please bag all waste.

- Please keep the barking and chewing under control

- Please do not leave your pet unattended.

- Please keep all your pets food inside at all times. Lot of wild animals in the area.

- There is a $50 pet cleaning fee. This covers the cost of the extra steps our cleaning crew must take to ensure the unit is sparkling clean for our next guest. Please leave this on the counter in cash upon departure.
