The flat is very centrally located in a very quiet side street and is only tram stop far from the trade fair or two stops from Cologne Deutz train station. The apartment is on the second floor of a three-storey house without lift.
The interior includes: bathroom with shower and toilet, three bedrooms with two/three single beds in each of them, flat screen TV, dining or working desk, a separate kitchen with appli-ances such as stove top with oven, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with a sepa-rate freezer, crockery and cutlery. Shared washing machine is on the ground floor right of the entrance. Parking and Wi-Fi are free.
