About this property

The feel-good apartment, Germany

Our house is located on the mountain in a very quiet residential area and within walking distance of the vineyard. The approximately 90 square meters modern non-smoking apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with sofa bed, a fully renovated bathroom and a new kitchen. Our guests are welcome to use the large garden. Also garden furniture, a parasol and a Weber grill are available for you.

The feel-good apartment:
The living room of your feel-good apartment has a sofa bed, a 46-inch satellite TV with DVD player and a stereo with CD player and USB ports. From here you have direct access to our large garden with sunbathing area. The spacious kitchen of your feel-good apartment we have equipped with everything you need on holiday for daily needs. The kitchen is brand new, with dishwasher, stove and oven and a large fridge freezer. Also from here you have direct access to the garden. The two bedrooms are identical, each with a double bed with two mattresses (oversized sheets), two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a three-door wardrobe. The small but fine bathroom we have completely renovated and equipped for you with everything you need. In addition to bathtub, sink and toilet you will find a towel warmer, a make-up mirror and a hair dryer. Parking is possible in front of the house in a private parking.
