Not quite as advertised
We were looking forward to a late season ski getaway in Beaver Creek and everything in the Village was booked for March when we checked availability in late January. However, there was one small condo at The Charter available in our price range (which was pretty high: 700-1000/nt. Just the two of us so all we needed was one bed and a small kitchenette, and of course a nice size bathroom, and storage areas help when you’re on a 5 day ski trip. On Vrbo the unit was listed as one king bed with kitchenette studio. But the pictures showed a hotel size room with two double beds. Guess what? Pictures were accurate. That’s OK. We slept in one of the double beds and used the other one as our sitting area. No kitchenette, but a nice size fridge, and great access to Beaver Creek Village on the Creekside Trail. For ski in, ski out enthusiasts, this one is pretty close to a 10, as long as you don’t mind going down 20 or so stone steps in your ski boots before you strap on your skis. Then it’s two turns to the bottom of the Elkhorn lift. It’s Beaver Creek: life doesn’t get much better than this, and the other (rich) folks in the hot tub will help you focus on the good life.

Nice place to stay
Overall, good. A few things were closed (pool, restaurant on the days we were there) but it’s been an overall problem at Vail Resorts this year, and not the fault of this property or ownership group.
