This cozy cabin is steps from the lake with road-end beach and water access and just a short walk to Sam-O-Set Park & Beach, Good Times Party Store and the Landmark Restaurant!

The space:
Higgins Lake views from both downstairs and upstairs. Clean, bright, rejuvenated cottage. Laminate floors throughout. High-quality, all queen size memory foam beds; two beds in loft and one in bedroom downstairs. Sofa, loveseat, dining table to seat 6, full kitchen with cookware and dishes, flatscreen smart tv, electric fireplace, Bose bluetooth soundbar, central heat/air, coffee maker, charcoal grill, fire pit, remodeled bathroom with full size tub/shower and plenty of space to back in most boat trailers.

Other things to note:
There is a shared neighborhood dock and small beach associated with this property for foot traffic and swimming only. It is not to be used for boats or any watercraft. To launch boats (to be removed from the water daily), you may utilize one of the many nearby boat launches on the lake; including the West Higgins Lake Boat Launch, four minutes from the cottage.

Pets and smoking are not allowed on this property.

Slightly narrow doorways and staircase in cottage. Most won’t have an issue but worth mentioning.

Quiet Get-away!

Beautiful cottage all remodel up to date extremely clean and only 5 homes from Gorgeous Higgins Lake!

The original owner parked his Model-T Ford where the current bathroom is, as a garage. Look at the rear exterior, you will see the wooden doors!
