About this property

House under new Owners but not new to VRBO. Always a 5 star destination!

Beautiful house nestled on private 20-acre property, short drive to Gore Mountain and many hiking trails. House has high-speed internet with wired and/or wireless connections. Finished basement offers a family room with 65" TV on one side and ping-pong table and dart board/play area on the other. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer available for use.
Snow-mobile trails are a short distance away as well as the town of Chestertown (restaurants, shopping, pharmacy and more).
Enjoy the large first floor family room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the outside deck and private property. Enjoy a fire in the fireplace and simply relax.
First floor hosts two large bedrooms, each with (2) beds (2 singles, 2 full) and a full bath. 2nd floor is the master bedroom Suite with private full bath with tub.. Additional space on the 2nd floor includes a reading loft overlooking the great room which has a pull out sofa bed for additional sleeping. Lower level has a family room, exercise room and game room plus 1/2 bath. Enjoy the 65" TV with 2.1 sound bar to enhance any movie or sporting event. First floor has a blue-tooth stereo with sub-woofer for additional entertainment.

Perfect ski weekend

This was my second stay in the house by Friends Lake. The owners went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The house is spacious and comfortable, and it was immaculate when we arrived. It's an easy drive to Gore Mountain. We spent three days skiing and each evening just hanging out at the house, cooking and enjoying the great basement space.
