Has a spacious kitchen fully stocked with breakfast bar, dining room, living room balcony with smart TV, master bedroom with private bath & sea view, and another bedroom with pool & city views all on lower floor. Access by spiral staircase from lower level takes you to 2nd floor where there is the main master bedroom with a private bath with double sink, barn doors overlooking down to the living room, the auxiliary room with 2 twin beds with private bath, the laundry area leading to the long balcony overlooking the pool and spectacular city views.
