Great condo! Close to beaches and restaurants. Very accommodating host. We locked our bathroom door shut and someone came over quickly to help us. Pools were not too busy when we were there.

The property was tidy and the owner/property manager, Xavier was very polite and responded to inquiries in a timely manner. The accommodations within the unit were terrific and the view from the balcony was amazing. I would definitely consider booking this unit again when I return to the island.

We loved Point Pleasant and this unit had what we needed for our stay. A cozy little place with a pretty little view of the water for morning coffee. Having the beach chairs and cooler for us to use. Was a bonus. We really loved having breakfast and drinks at Sun and Sea Grille. Next time, I’d like to try the Lionfish Grill as well. We rented a car based on the owner’s recommendation and glad we did! Thankful for all the great information in the email before our arrival and the quick response and action by Xaverie and Jennifer.
