Two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment unit very close to Lake Tahoe boat launch, bike trails or cross country ski area. Paved bike pass starts just across the street. Lake Tahoe Skylandia Beach, boat launch and dog beach are 3 minutes drive. Unit has upper deck and lower deck with BBQ and patio furniture. Unit has its own fully enclosed fenced backyard and is pet friendly. Ski lease is available starting January 4, 2024 for 4 months at $3500/month.

Perfect quiet place

Wonderful home for our weekend stay. Pet friendly with a great little yard (always be kind and pick up after your pup!). Super quiet, clean, well appointed, comfy beds, absolutely everything was great!

Nice quiet place

We were 4 adults with 3 medium - large dogs. It was a good enough space for us! Grateful for the backyard, especially since it was too dark to walk on the trail beside the apartment at night. I think we were the only people staying over the apartments that time, so it was quiet. There’s about 2 reserved parking spaces per unit, so you don’t have to worry about parking. The visitors center was about 10mins away, and grocery/pharmacy about 5mins away driving. Good at communicating! The dryer is outside the unit, and the property manager called me back Around 20mins when I asked where it was located. Was also grateful for them having us, because it was hard to look for a property that allowed 3 dogs around that time! :)

Great property, awesome that dogs are allowed (yet no sign of previous dogs having stayed), and nice appliances for a rental! Will definitely be returning 👍🏼

Lovely Tahoe Trip

This property is absolutely perfect for a ski group. It is located close to Safeway and the ski resort. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was updated with new appliances. Thank you for your hospitality.
