This remodeled 3-bedroom 2-bath condo is conveniently located on the first floor and is an easy 1 1/2 block walk to the beach. It features both front and back decks, and a spacious outside shower. Enjoy quiet evenings, or an early morning coffee on the front deck where you can savor the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. We are conveniently located within walking distance to many popular businesses in the area. You will have access to ice cream shops, bakeries, surf shop, restaurants, tennis and basketball courts, walking paths, and a playground.

Great Home Away From Home

All of the comforts of home, while on vacation! The owner was a pleasure to communicate with, the house and location were perfect, and the neighbors were very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely love to enjoy this home again next year. Great Beach Getaway

We were very comfortable at this house. The outdoor shower is clean and spacious. There is also a hose for cleaning shoes and beach chairs. The beach chairs provided were good. The walk to the beach was easy, even with a 3 year old. The front and back decks are so comfortable! Our only complaint, which is not the fault of the owners, is that we could hear the people in the second floor unit walking around.

Kessel's Korner on 27th and Asbury is a fun Coca-Cola themed americana restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Serving ice cream, malted milk shakes, hamburger, hot dogs etc.

Dot's Pastry Shop on 31st and Asbury. We love this family-owned business that does all of their baking in house. Some of our personal favorites are the glazed pretzel doughnuts, Boston creme, sprinkles, and cinnamon buns.

Randazzo's Pizza located on 34th and Asbury is our favorite Italian meal on the island. When we were renting, prior to purchasing, this would be our traditional first meal of our vacation. Again, a family-owned business making authentic Italian meals. While I always enjoy the muscles in red sauce, my husband and children share one of their pasta dishes and pizza. And a meal there is never complete without the garlic knots!
