This house is all about the lake! The beautiful lake view is visible from the screen porch, the back deck, the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. The large boat house is yours to use for your boat, to fish or swim. There are also 2 Kayaks for you to enjoy during your stay, life jackets provided. This house is located on the Best Fishing Cove on Lake Balboa! If you love the lake, you will love this house!

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. You will be in the mountains and cell service is hit or miss so we recommend you print the instructions.

Great Property

This home is exactly as advertised. It is well-equipped with everything your family needs for a comfortable stay. The location is so nice and quiet. We loved the screened porch overlooking the water. We enjoyed all the amenities that HSV has to over. We would certainly stay here again.

The place was actually better than the pictures. The area was beautiful and conveniently located close to areas you would want to frequent while in Arkansas. The owner was very quick to reply to all communications. Highly recommend.

The HSV home is a beautiful home in a quiet peaceful setting. We had everything we needed for our visit. The home is very clean and well stocked with necessities. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great lake house. Loved the deck and sunroom as well as the space. Please note house only has Roku TV. We streamed games via computer linked to TV with HDMI cable.

Unit was very clean. Water in Lake was low so dock was sitting on mud 20 feet from any water. Don't know if that is a seasonal thing since we went in the middle of March before spring rains. The non-stick coating on all pans is fairly scratched up. Need new cookware.
