Enjoy this beautiful home with plenty of space for you and your family. Visit the private beach access which is a 3 minute walk (not on beach), or drive a half mile to the public beach, Pier, restaurants, and shopping in the heart of Ludington. After a day of swimming, dune riding, and exploring the state park, you are welcomed back to the comfort of the home, a nice sunset on the beach, a fire in the backyard, and then some pool table or dart board fun. Even a casino is driving distance away.

**There is a separate 1 to 2 person rental space on the property. Guests in the main home do not share any amenities with these guests. This Studio Suite is available to rent if you have a bigger party or some people want more privacy than afforded in the main home. Great weekend getaway!

Beautiful property in an excellent location. We enjoyed local restaurants, the pier, and hiking to Big Sable Llighthouse. So nice to be in walking distance to the beach. We really enjoyed gathering around the kitchen island for meals together, sharing a lot of memories and laughs! Had a great time with family and friends!

Why they chose this property

This property is in a prime location in a safe neighborhood. It is close to everything. It offers private beach access just steps away. The public beach, playground, and skatepark are a half mile away. Downtown Ludington is less than a mile away. The home is spacious, comfortable, and provides a variety of desired amenities. There is also a beautiful view of the golf course out the window.
