Great Water Spirit is a charming old farmhouse with 4 bedrooms that have 4 queen beds. This house boasts a sun filled library, open kitchen, formal dining, a huge living room with large tv, hot tub overlooking cherry and apple orchards, games, and everything you need to accommodate your gathering. Nice place to gather

The short distance to a great beach was just what we were looking for - rock hunting on New Year’s Eve in Michigan…wow! The distance to Ludington was convenient. The living area in the farmhouse was nice for our group, but the rest of the house offered space to spread out as well. Although the windows and coffee pot weren’t clean, the hot tub was very clean.

Bohemian Farm summer stay with such home-y vibes

We rented this home for a two day fishing charter stay. Although unassuming and with the characteristics of what you’d expect in a 100 year old plus farm house the owners have really painted and decorated in such a way that it immediately felt like a comfy cozy home of the past! We ate dinners from Bortell’s fish while listening to the provided record player, sat in the sunshine and watched nature walk thru the adjoining orchards- turkeys and deer and even a buck! When the guys were out fishing I spent hours on the beautiful porch with too many cups of coffee and finally got to crack open a book I’ve been carrying around with me for ages. Beds are comfy- bring extra pillows if you need that and bring creamer- that porch is so comfy you may run thru all the provided coffee pods/flavors and teas ❤️ we will for sure be back next salmon season!

The Host was great at responding. It’s just we arrived late Thursday so it took a little while to realize the air was not working. So, while the bottom of the house was uncomfortable the top floor was very hot. The host had it fixed on Friday afternoon which was great but we left Saturday morning. It was a short rent so I think it is very important to have the utilities in running order.

Great quiet retreat

Fantastic property! It was just what my family needed. We loved how close it was to Summit Park with enough privacy and space for my kids to run off some energy.
