In Ehrenfeld beats the heart of Cologne. On the quiet Keplerstraße you are in the middle of Veedel. On foot to the cathedral or the metro to reach the whole city, even the other side of the Rhine with fair and Lanxess-Arena, everything goes really well.

The 42 m2 apartment on the first floor to the rear of the courtyard. In the Hambloch apartment Ehrenfeld is not smoking! A covered balcony can be used as a refuge for smokers.

A bathroom with shower, a 1.8 m wide double bed, a large LCD TV and free Wi-Fi bring the amenities you would not want to miss at home. This includes the modern high-quality fitted kitchen with its chic details - no white kitchen block !. Here self-catering is really fun, especially from the toaster on coffee maker, pots, egg cooker to pan everything is available. If you stay longer, you will appreciate the large fridge freezer.

Lighting, colors of the walls, a bit of wood and the great floor finish radiate cosiness.

If you stay longer, you can also use the existing washing machine.

The apartment is ideal for 2 persons. But with one or two children or a teenager, she can also be comfortably accommodated. As a further place to sleep then serves on 1.4 m wide fold-out sofa bed in the living area. Of course, crockery and cutlery are available in sufficient quantity.

Well Located Clean Apartment

We travelled over with our 5yr old daughter for a weeks stay during Xmas Overall the experience was fab - the apartment is very well located for easy access to trains in / out of main centre (to get to all the markets etc) as well as a nice collection of bars / shops & restaurants right on the doorstep of the property The apartment served us well - was well cleaned and good overall condition … we had space & equipment enough to cook a Xmas dinner on Xmas day ! with there being a fully functional hob & oven The only “downside” was the lack of freezer (was “just” a fridge - with no ice box compartment) … so be prepared for that if you are buying food to make meals during your stayParking outside the property was difficult as never really any bays to use BUT the owner leased us access to his parking bay around the corner (gated parking lot) - BE WARNED however you will have a height limit on your car !! To get in to the car park area :)Owner was always on hand for Q&A and was quick to resolve an issue (with the kitchen hot water supply leaking) getting a plumber out on Xmas day ! We thoroughly enjoyed outlet stay and recommend both the city and the apartment if looking to visit for Xmas markets etc

Appartement très propre bien situé à 4 stations de métro de la cathédrale. Dans quartier animé avec commerces et restaurants. Mais situé dans une rue calme. Double lits simples confortables.

Perfect base for Cologne visit

This flat is a perfect little base for visiting Cologne. Ehrenfeld is either a short train/tram ride or 35 min walk to the cathedral/tourist area. The local area is great, however. A really cool, chilled out place. You’ll find everything thing you need right on your doorstep! The flat is clean, modern and has everything you need to be very comfortable.

Wir verbringen seit 8 Jahren regelmäßig Zeit in der wirklich schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, Platz auch für längeren Aufenthalt, sonniger Balkon und absolut ruhige Lage trotz Nähe zur Venloer Straße. Der Kontakt zu Herrn Hambloch klappt super . Wir kommen wieder 👍

Tolle Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Sehr gut für beruflichen Aufenthalt

Wir waren fast 7 Wochen zu einem Projekt in dieser Wohnung unterbracht. Für längeren Aufenthalt hat sie ausgezeichnete Bedingungen. Ruhig und bequem, auch günstig für die Besorgung der Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und verständig.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mitten in Ehrenfeld

Ich war für 8 Wochen wegen einer Fortbildung in Köln. Die Ferienwohnung hatte für mich die richtige Lage um alles zu Fuß erreichen zu können. Super- und Drogeriemarkt sowie eine Postfiliale befinden sich in fast unmittelbarer Nähe, auch die Haltestellen der Öffis sind sehr gut erreichbar (man hat die Wahl zwischen RE, S-Bahn und 2 verschiedenen Stadtbahn-Haltestellen). Auch die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die direkten Nachbarn hört man manchmal Abends ein bisschen, das ist jedoch bei einem Mehrparteienhaus ganz normal und auch im üblichen Rahmen. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung und deren sehr freundlichen Vermieter sehr weiter empfehlen, egal ob für kürzere oder längere Aufenthalte.

Aller Ehren(feld) wert!

Ein wirklich sehr gelungener Aufenthalt von A bis Z. Informative Kommunikation im Vorfeld und problemlose Schlüsselübergabe. Die Lage wirklich sehr zentral, mitten im Leben von Ehrenfeld mit allen Angeboten von Geschäften, gastronomischen Betrieben und dem Neptunbad. Sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Die Wohnung selbst hell, angenehm und vollständig eingerichtet und trotz der zentralen Lage wohltuend ruhig.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung mitten in Ehrenfeld

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung liegt ruhig und trotzdem Zentral. Balkon zum Hof und Waschtrockner in der Wohnung sind sehr praktisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Einziges Manko ist, dass das Haus ziemlich hellhörig ist und man die Mieter über einem hört. Für einen Ausflug oder Aufenthalt in Köln ist die Wohnung ideal!

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung, Die Wohnung war sauber und ist platzmäßig ausreichend. Angenehmer Vermieter, Umgebung bestens alle Ziele sind gut mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen, die Wege zu U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind kurz, Die Parksituation ist allerdings nicht so toll, aber wir konnten für die Zeit den Tiefgaragenplatz mieten, welcher auch bequem zu Fuß erreichbar war. Im Großen und Ganzen eine tolle Ferienunterkunft.
