Condo features gorgeous ocean front view with private balcony, luxurious bedding and brand new furniture, fully equipped kitchen, new and quiet HVAC. and 2 new fans.

The Resort amenities include 2 beach side pools, on-site fitness center and gas grills. For your convenience, we have covered parking as well. Garage clearance is 7 feet 5 inches. Free parking is available for 2 cars.

We're is just a short distance from the fishing peer, shopping, dining, entertainment and all of the local, favorite beach hang-outs.
Spend your days relaxing by the ocean and then head to Pier Park, for shopping entertainment or dinner and a movie.

Relax and enjoy gorgeous sunsets over the ocean on our very comfortable beach seats like on a private balcony.

Excellent views

Everything was wonderful. The views were amazing from the balcony. The condo was very clean and smelled fresh. We really enjoyed our time and the locarion was great. We will definitely book again!

Amazing little vacation

We stayed at Emerald Chic for a few days but everything was amazing. We had a great experience at this condo and enjoyed every minute of our little vacation. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated, the view is breathtaking and the hosts are very nice. We will return to this condo for sure in the summer. Thank you Aura and Dan for allowing us to have a memorable vacation!

Great vacation

This unit has been recently updated and you can tell. Very welcoming as soon as you enter the condo. Perfect location and view of the beach; the chairs on the beach were a nice plus! Needed help with the TV and Dan, the owner, was immediately on it. If you are walkers to restaurants like we are, know that the nearest one is .5 miles away. That is the only reason for the 4 star for location. Overall, a great place and great vacation!! Thanks!

Great location!

The property was super nice. The views of the ocean were spectacular! The unit is well equipped with all cooking utensils, and whatever you need to prepare a gourmet meal. an extra bonus that was provided for us was four beach chairs, and umbrellas! This made going to the beach, extra easy, and it was greatly appreciated! The fishing pier is very close to this condo. Overall we enjoyed our week long stay and will book again.
