The 90 sqm apartment is on the edge of Schacht-Audorf, in a quiet, wooded area. The Kiel Canal is about 150 meters away as the crow flies and can be easily reached on foot via a hiking trail. The apartment has its own entrance, parking and a terrace with a view of the Kiel Canal.

The apartment, with a separate entrance, is divided into 3 floors. On the ground floor there is the hallway and a bedroom with separate beds. In the 1st On the first floor you will find the kitchen with adjoining dining room, the bathroom with shower and bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed and the living room with a direct view of the canal. The lounge in the 2nd OG invites you to relax. Here you can also look directly at the channel.

Ruhiger Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat schnell und unkompliziert geklappt. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleiner Vorschlag wären noch Fliegengitter an den geraden Fenstern. Die Ferienwohnung war leicht zu finden und die Umgebung war total ruhig. Für uns war es schade, dass es keinen direkten Weg zum Kanal gab sondern man einen kleinen Umweg gehen mussten. Auch das Stück was man dann am Kanal lang gehen konnte, waren gefühlt nur 500m da es dann in die eine Richtung aufgrund von Zäunen nicht weiter ging und in die andere Richtung aufgrund einer Baustelle gesperrt war. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Nochmal würden wir die Wohnung wahrscheinlich nicht buchen aber auch nur weil wir sehr gerne lange Spaziergänge am Kanal machen. Ist vielleicht auch möglich wenn die Baustelle nicht mehr vorhanden ist.

Schiffe schauen am NOK !!!

Die FeWo ist sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, helle Räume verbunden mit dem Altbau (Fachwerk) sehr schön!! Den Dachstuhl konnten wir leider nicht nutzen sind beide nicht gut zu Fuss und die steile Treppe nach oben ging leider nicht - schade!! Die Aussicht zum Kanal vom Wohnzimmerfenster aus - für uns einfach toll !!!

Die Wohnung ist Perfect um schönen Urlaub dort zu verbringen. Alles was man braucht ist da, die Zimmern sind mit Geschmack eingerichtet, Matrazen sehr bequem. Bad mit Wanne und Dusche ist ein großes Vorteil und auch eine Waschmaschine steht zu Verfügung. Vom Tarasse kann man die Schiffe beobachten. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und alles war super. Wir kommen mal wieder :)

Hat uns für zwei Personen gut gefallen würden wir nochmal mieten. Für 4 Personen fehlen unserer Meinung nach im Wohnzimmer und auf dem Dachboden entsprechende Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus auf drei Etagen ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Es ist sehr sauber. Durch die drei Etagen kann man sich auch gut aufteilen, wenn man Freiraum benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Einfach eine runde Sache. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder machen.

5Tage um die Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden

Sehr entspannter Urlaub in ruhiger Lage mit Top Vermietern

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Sie hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für uns und gingen auf unsere Wünsche ein. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung, sehr groß , hell und geräumig. Die sehr ruhige Lage mit Rehen, die immer wieder vor der Haustüre zu sehen waren, fanden wir wunderbar!

Ganz einfach: Lohnenswert

Die Wohnung (eigentlich schon ein eigenes Haus), wurde von den Vermietern komplett saniert und neu (sehr liebevoll) eingerichtet. Alles ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind recht schnell zu erreichen und die von uns erhoffte ruhige Lage hat sich bestätigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Tage dort genießen. Unerwähnt soll auch keines Fall bleiben, dass wir vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise uns herzlich willkommen fühlten und die Gewissheit hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner zu haben. Vielen Dank an Euch!
