Eight Palms is a beautiful home in a great location. Impeccably clean, stocked with almost anything you would need, close to restaurants, shops, and recreation. Hosts are very responsive and so easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again!

We had an amazing vacation at Eight Palms! The house was beautiful and even better than the pictures show. Wonderful outdoor area with comfortable seating. The canal was so fun! We caught so many different types of fish and saw dolphins and manatee. The bedrooms were beautiful and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was excellent! Well stocked with everything we needed. Local shops and restaurants were wonderful. Cynthia was very easy to communicate with and always answered very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

100% Luxury Experience

This was certainly one of the finest properties our family has ever stayed at. Everything was perfection from the towels to the silverware to the furnishings.I am counting down the minutes until we can return!

Fabulous Family week

Loved this place and the owner who so took care of us and made every step simple. Beautiful home and property, incredibly well appointed for a VRBO Rental. Right on the inter coastal close to the ocean.

Beautiful home

This property is beautiful. Home is lovely, large and clean. The lanai/pool area is wonderful. A very peaceful, nice neighborhood. Property manager was great to deal with and answered all questions promptly. We had a very nice stay and would recommend this property.

Family Fun

We brought our 1 yr, 3yr, and 5yr olds with us and had a great time. The kids loved playing in the pool/covered lanai and the house was very clean and beautiful. Cynthia was a great host and very good with communication. We will be back!

Wish I could move in!

We were looking for a place on the water with a boat lift, pool, outdoor living and a one story home for our annual family vacation. This was perfect! Such a beautiful, clean place to stay. It felt like we had our own private resort! Owners were easy to reach and helped with anything we needed. We definitely look forward to coming back in the future!

Perfection in Punta Gorda!

We chose to make Punta Gorda the location of our annual family gathering. We couldn't have picked a better home and location. Oh my goodness, where do I start? 5 Stars for sure

We can’t say enough good things about this amazing home and our trip to Punta Gorda. Beautiful furnishings, well appointed, more beautiful than photographed. Hosts were so very accommodating and responsive. Wonderful neighborhood, pool, hot tub, patio area were so relaxing. Great girls getaway. Can’t wait to come back.

50th birthday weekend

Cynthia is AMAZING and the house is a dream! My friends and I met at the house from all over the country to celebrate my 50th and Cynthia made our stay so special. Easy to work with, a well-stocked and beautiful home and a great locale for the things we were there to do. One of my favorite things was just being at the house and just hanging out. Would definitely stay there again!!

The pictures don’t do this lovely home justice!

Clean, cozy, comfortable, well appointed. We really had a great time. So many thoughtful touches - blankets, towels, pool floats. Everything we needed in the kitchen. We were a group of 3 couples, and everyone had their own space. We highly recommend this home and the owner. 10/10 will visit again!

Over the top Master Suite. The pool was kept at a comfortable 88 degrees. Very comfortable beds. Bunk bed room with games for the Grands. Lovely views from the Lanai. I want to go back

Best Get Away!!

This property is BEAUTIFUL and so well kept up. The owners are extremely sweet and understanding. We had an amazing time with friends and it was a kid friendly house which can be hard to find! So much space for everyone and was so so clean! We will definitely be staying here again!! My husband and his friends also really enjoyed fishing the canal that butts up to the house. The location is wonderful. We can’t say enough good things!

Thanksgiving Gathering

This home was perfect for our Thanksgiving family gathering. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in and there was plenty of room for us to serve and eat around the dining room table. The house was spacious and extremely comfortable for eight adults and one child. The lanai/pool area was large and a nice place to spend time enjoying the day/evening in the pool or sitting around the fire pit. The owner was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this beautifully appointed home.
