Very nice, everything you need!

This is a very nice, clean, well stocked property. If you get cold theres extra blankets, forgot a kitchen item, they have it. They even had toys for kids. Tv worked perfectly. No issues with internet or cell service. Owners are very nice and responsive. If you don't mind being outside of Farmington this is a good choice. Check out time is a little early and rules are a little stringent, but we enjoyed our stay!

Had a problem with outdoor gas grill. Was repaired the next day so we could use it for cooking. Owner lives in house next door. Very clean and well kept. I would rent it again in a heartbeat. Many thanks!
