Checking in was confusing, not enough instructions on what we needed to do to get things setup for us. The fob was not explained at all nor how the TV worked. The carpet was very dirty also the filters in everything. The community was very pleasant and everyone we met was very nice. We thought we were going to a golfing community, the golf hadn’t been there in years. We had to replace the vacuums cleaner belt so it would work at all. The owner was vey pleasant and very helpful when we asked for anything but something’s you just expect
