This new and modern apartment is located in the south of Leipzig in a very quiet area overlooking the countryside. This well-equipped apartment with large kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room (with fold-out couch) is ideal for both a holiday and a business trip.
In front of the apartment you have it not far to the Dölitzer gatehouse, the large and green park grounds, as well as many attractions. Enjoy the pleasant comfort and start from here in the city center, to the lakes and monuments. The exhibition site Agra is also nearby.

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und auch die Foto's sind zutreffend. Meine Kinder(7 und 10Jahre) und ich selbst haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.Die Einrichtung und Dekoration ist außergewöhnlich gegenüber anderen Ferienobjekten. Nicht so steril und unpersönlich, sondern warm und gemütlich.Es gibt in allen Zimmern ausreichend Stauraum. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet ( zum ersten Mal hatten wir scharfe Küchenmesser). Es gibt viele moderne Küchengeräte, sowie eine neue Kühl/Gefrier- Kombi. Der zweite Fernseher ist an verregneten Tagen auch praktisch. Die Lage am Stadtrand ist angenehm. In der Nähe befinden sich verschiedene Supermärkte, Lokale und eine Tankstelle.Wir waren innerhalb weniger Minuten am Markleeberger See. Dieser hat klares, sauberes Wasser. Nur die Steine haben etwas gestört. Es empfehlen sich Badeschuhe. Auch zu anderen Ausflugszielen ist es nicht weit. Egal ob mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto. Dank des Navi's fährt man auch gut Richtung Innenstadt oder Tierpark. Das parken war auch kein Problem. Wir haben einen großen Kombi und haben immer einen Platz gefunden.Einen Punkt ziehe ich ab für den Staub. Mein Sohn ist Allergiker. Ich muss dadurch zwar immer alles kontrollieren. An einigen Stellen lag aber sehr viel Staub. Ansonsten waren wir mit der Sauberkeit zufrieden.Mein Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig und ordentlich, es ist alles vorhanden. Im Bad ist die Luft schlecht. Alle Zimmer haben ein Fenster. Der Flur ist schlecht gepflegt, der Teppich auf den Stufen teilweise abgeschnitten.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Man ist nahe an der Stadt, aber trotzdem ist es ruhig gelegen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren an die umliegenden Seen und mit ÖPNV ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und sie ist deutlich geräumiger als es auf den Bildern scheint.Die Dame von der Pension war freundlich und kompetent.Es gibt die Möglichkeit Räder und Fahrradträger sicher unterzustellen und vorm Haus befinden sich kostenfreie Parkplätze.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren rundrum zufrieden.

Gemütlich und unkompliziert

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung befindet sich im 3 Stock und ist sehr ruhig, obwohl man sich in der Nähe einer Hauptstraße und Tram befindet. Dadurch ist die Anbindung entsprechend gut. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert.Danke für alles!

Schöne Wohnung nur leider laut

Eine schön geschnittene Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Von da aus ist die Innenstadt mit der Linie 11 sehr gut erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad war man auch direkt im Grünen und konnte die Gegend erkunden. Die Fahrräder könnte man in einem Schuppen sicher Unterbringen.leiderwar die

Unterkunft in ruhiger Nebenstraße gelegen, gut ausgestattet. Wir kkonnten mit Hund und Fahrrad gut zu den Seen fahren.

Schöne moderne Wohnung, Preis Leistung super

Super schön moderne und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung! Wir haben die Tage sehr genießen können. Die Seen in der nahen Umgebung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5min entfernt. Wir hätten uns lediglich etwas mehr Putzmittel gewünscht, ansonsten war alles super! Wir kommen gerne irgendwann wieder, vielen Dank!
