Limeberry House a designers dream distinct West Indian flair, Limeberry House offers a romantic and intimate setting, situated in a tropical garden location, a short walk of two of Tortola’s finest beaches.
Set in mature gardens the villa offers everything you could need to make a wonderful vacation, alfresco dining, views of the Caribbean Sea, sparkling turquoise pool and flower filled sundeck.
Its location allows you to maximize beach time, as it is only a short walk to the spectacular beach of Long Bay and to the white sand beach of Smugglers Cove. This colorful Caribbean hideaway offers 3 air-conditioned en suit bedrooms , two with four-poster beds. The bedroom layout is ideally set up to accommodate one or multiple families.
The fully equipped galley kitchen has top of the range Viking stove, stainless steel ice making refrigerator and everything else you would expect from a well equipped kitchen.
Dining outside is helped by the built in Blaze BBQ along with the alfresco dining deck. You may never want to leave this Caribbean version of heaven!
We offer a full vacation service, helping to recommend and book diving, sailing or anything you fancy, helping you get the most out of your holiday
Available for guests to use is a laundry 2 dryers and 2 washers, good book selection, games and cable, Hi-speed internet and finally a helpful welcome guide, giving you tips of where to eat, shop, sail, snorkelling .

I have lived in the British Virgin Islands since 1984, living and working in some of the BVI’s most Luxury private islands and hotels. My only focus is now the Limeberry property sand 3 other select properties I manage . Limeberry House I purchased in 1994 and set about making it one of the most popular villa rentals in the Tortola. We have had hundreds of very happy guests some who have now become firm friends.

We chose to buy in Belmont Estates as it is easy walking to the best 2 beaches in the BVI, Long Bay and Smugglers cove .The estates offers a secluded and safe environment for a family holiday with lovely views but easy access to shops restaurants and sailing activities.
What makes this property unique
Limeberry’s lovely location affords wonderful views of the Jost Van Dyke green Cay and Sandy spit,plus it is only a short drive to local restaurants, shopping. Soapers hole is where you can rent boats, water sports equipment.
