The River House is both cozy and charming. Just 50 feet from the water, is idyllic spot to sit back, relax and watch the river flow by. Comfortably sleeps 19 guests, ideal for Multiple Families, 7 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, Hot Tub, EV charger, Pet Friendly, Huge Outdoor Patio with sitting, BBQ grill and Fire Pit with unlimited firewood. By the river we created another cozy place with dining table, second fire pit for you to enjoy the beautiful of nature.

Ski trip

We enjoyed our annual family ski trip at this property! House was very clean and Julia was a pleasure to work with. The house fit our family of 14 perfectly! There were many restaurants near the house and Camelback Mountain was very close by! We had a great stay!

Wonderful stay

My extended family greatly enjoyed celebrating the new year at this beautiful property! We were blown away by the cleanliness, comfort, and gorgeous interior design!

Excellent location for a weekend spent at wineries in the area!

The home was breathtakingly beautiful. All the details incorporated into the house made it a special place. I highly recommend this house to a large group of people. It’s an excellent location for a weekend spent at wineries in the area too. Extremely clean, stocked with all the essentials and really all the comforts of home. As a group, we plan on coming back next summer bc you can’t beat what this home offers, thank you Julia!
