Cozy 4 room apartment for your holiday happiness on Langeoog. The beautiful beach is only a few meters and the shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped, in the basement are available to our guests washing machine and dryer. The typical Langeooger Klinkerbau stands on a large garden plot where you can enjoy the sun in summer.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Man kann sich dort wohlfühlen und alles ist schön eingerichtet.Einziges Minus: Wir fanden die Betten im 3. Schlafzimmer problematisch da sie nur 80cm Breite haben und in die Schräge geschoben sind. Unsere Tochter ist hier mehrfach herausgefallen.

Super, sauber, neu renoviert (noch nicht ganz fertig, aber fast, Tür nach oben bräuchte noch ein Schloss). Ausstattung top (einzige was fehlt ist eine Mikrowelle, sonst ist alkes da, Küche ist modern). Super nahe zum Strand und zum Zentrum. Also insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert

Gemütliche Wohnung

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage. Die Aufteilung über 2 Etagen (eigener Bereich unterm Dach inkl. Bad) fanden insbesondere die Teenies hervorragend. Abends saßen wir immer in der süßen Küche zusammen und haben Karten gespielt. Sehr gemütlich!

Einfach toll

Zu Beginn war nicht ganz klar auf welchen Stockwerk sich die Wohnung befindet. Wir waren sehr wohl in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Da 2Räume nicht hg geheizt waren nahm ich 2x Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer auf und dies Problem wurde schnell behoben. Die nicht funktionierenden Glühbirne habe ich gemeldet. Ich würde sofort diese Wohnung wieder mieten. Tip: das mit der Abfalltrennung müsste man schriftlich in der Wohnung deponieren um etwas genauere Angaben zu haben.

Schöne Aufteilung der Zimmer

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung im 1. und 2. OG ist sehr schön. Im 1. OG ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Wohnzimmer, Küche (gut eingerichtet) und WC/Dusche. Im (2. OG) DG sind 2 Schlafzimmer (mit 3 Schafplätzen) und ein WC/Dusche. Diese Zimmer und auch das Bad sind recht frisch renoviert worden. Das einzige was uns persönlich gestört hat, war dass es leider nicht sehr sauber war. Spinnweben an mehreren Stellen und Staub unter dem Sofa und in den Ecken. Leider hat unser Sohn direkt wegen Hausstauballergie angeschlagen, was unseren Urlaub leider nicht ganz so erholsam gestaltet hat.

Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns ideal. Zentral gelegen und die Entfernung zum Strand war auch ok. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung mit den 2 Etagen und den 2 Bädern war für uns perfekt. Wir als Großeltern unten und die anderen mit unserem Enkelkind oben. Zu bemängeln ist die Sauberkeit, Staubwischen wäre angesagt und es gab mehrere defekte Leuchtkörper. Insgesamt wirkte die Wohnung noch etwas unfertig, z.B. fehlten stellenweise Fußleisten.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, praktische Zimmeraufteilung, gemütliche Küche und Wohnzimmer, tolle Lage. Sauber, ausreichend Geschirr, Radio und Handtücher vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren ein wenig arg hart.

Lage gut, leider nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet

Die Lage von der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Sie ist insgesamt von den Zimmern auch sehr großzügig, bis auf die Küche. Die Ausstattung ist auch ausreichend. Der Küchentisch ist leider hoch gebaut aber es stehen normale Stühle dort so dass man sehr niedrig sitzt. Der obere Teil der Wohnung ist leider nicht abschließbar und steht für das ganze Haus offen (unten ist noch ein anderes Apartment)… es war nirgendwo staubgewischt und die leisten im Bad waren sehr dreckig. Das Bad im oberen Geschoss war noch nicht fertig gestellt wovon wir nichts wussten, da fehlten die Türzagen und es hing nur eine Baulampe. Im Treppenhaus standen mehrere Nägel raus mit Verletzungsgefahr und die Steckdosen waren nicht gesichert, Kabel hängen ungesichert aus der Wand… dazu kam dann noch das am letzten Abend der Reinigungsdienst kam und das untere Appartement um 20.30 Uhr laut gereinigt hat so dass unser Kind von den Lärm wach wurde.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für den Familienurlaub

Zentrale Lage und gute, zwecksmäßige Ausstattung.

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über viele Haushaltsgeräte; Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe, Pfannen usw. Im Bad befindet sich ein Fön. Die Wohnungen sind sehr geräumig und bieten durch reichliche Schränke und Regale sehr viel Platz zum Verstauen. Insgesamt ist es gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl.

Viel Raum auf einer Trauminsel

Strandnah, viel Platz und ruhig

Die Wohnung war insgesamt so wie angegeben. Es gab genug Platz für uns alle, die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Wer eine ruhige Zeit auf einer tollen Insel verbringen möchte, ist in der Wohnung gut aufgehoben. Ein Pluspunkt für Kinder, es gibt einen großen Garten mit einer Hüpfburg.

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Die Lage war super: 5 Minuten zum Strand, zum Einkaufen und in die City. Die Wohnung hatte auch alles, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Die Sauberkeit war nur fast perfekt. Ein Besen wäre praktisch gewesen und auch eine funktionierende Klingel, damit die Kinder auch ohne Schlüssel wieder rein kommen können. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung. Leider kein Fön, in der oberen Etage Schimmel in der Dusche und ziemlich viel Staub. Ansonsten aber wirklich schön eingerichtet und gemütlich!!! Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub!
