About this property

The location of the house is ideal for a varied as well as a relaxing holiday. On the one hand, it is conveniently located for trips to Cape Town (30 minutes), Stellenbosch (15 minutes) or Hermanus (60 minutes). On the other hand, it is quiet, so that you can relax for a few days away from the noise and hustle and bustle.

The house is also the ideal starting point for golfers. It is only a few minutes from 4 excellent golf courses (De Zalze, Erinvale, Somersetwest Golf Club, Strand Golf Club).

In the area there are countless wineries that invite you to a tasting. The first is only 3 minutes away. We are happy to give tips here. We can also give tips for excellent restaurants nearby for every taste.

In the living room you have a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa area from which you not only have a view of the TV but also of the mountains.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, wine cabinet, stove, microwave and cookware / dishes as well as a selection of spices that can be used.

2 modern bathrooms with bath and / or shower offer the necessary comfort.

The pool can be heated by solar heat. In the garden there is also a grill that can be used.

German television can be booked for an additional charge.
