Beautiful house in very safe cul de sac
This property is a double storey with the owners living on the first floor. The ground floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Parking is behind an automated gate. Each bedroom has TV as well as in the living room. The Property has full kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge. The bathroom has shower and bathtub. Swimming pool not in use because of water restrictions. The beach is 4 km from the house, 200 m to the park with fitness equipment, 500 m away from restaurants, bars, and shops, 2 km away from N2 and Somerset Mall, 50 m from shopping centre , 35 km away from the airport, 40 km from where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned, 10 km away from mountain that is perfect for hiking, and 40 km to mountain that can be reached by cable car which you can stay on mountain top and enjoy the view. Would like long or short term lease.and 2 km away from N2 and Somerset Mall.
