Come enjoy this beautiful waterfront, spacious light filled, ground floor end unit is nestled among a tropical landscape offering stunning views of Anna Maria Sound. This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large outdoor patio with grill and private screened in front lanai with a lovely garden space. Our grounds offer a heated, salt water pool and private tennis/pickle ball court. We are within walking distance to white sand beaches with crystal clear waters. (Voted one of the best beaches in the world). Also, walking distance to shops, restaurants, pharmacy and free trolly located just across the road. Dolphins out your window, sea turtles nesting on the beach and swimming with the Manatees in the Gulf. This property is real gem.

I use to travel to the Caribbean 3 times a year and the first time I stepped foot onto this island I knew this was the place I will be spending the rest of my life on. I have owned my home for 30yrs now. I now am traveling more often to Europe and would love to share my home with you.

Why they chose this property

This home is nested away in a private cove community. The grounds are very big and spacious. There are 3 building 2 floors each building a total of 20 units. Very fun and interesting people. It is very private but close to all. Shopping, Restaurant, Pharmacy and Trolly right across the road. Beach is in walking distance. Aprox 3 blocks away.
