About this property

Duckbow Properties, A quiet building with a great view of the intercoastal waterway. The master bedroom has a slider that opens to the water, you can sleep with the fresh air and wake up to the sunrise if you like. We have two pools and a tennis court to keep you active. you can fish in the lagoon or from our pier in the bay. There is a free trolly that runs the length of the island.

“Please be aware that the condo association requires a rental application. The application fee is $100 if you have not rented at Sunbow Bay in the past. I will reimburse your fee when you stay.”

Great location. Just a walk to almost everything! (Publix, Walgreens, etc) Rode bikes most of the time due to traffic. Awesome view! Just a quick walk across the street to public access. Condo accommodations for 2 adults & 2 children.
