Idyllic Holiday Home for 4 +1P in a prime Location of Sankt Andreasberg invites you to an unforgettable stay in a beautiful nature. Hiking trails, MB trail, summer toboggan run, Downhill and cross-country skiing right outside the door

The living room with fireplace, a corner sofa, two armchairs, TV and dining area are comfortably furnished and offers space on rainy days. From here you can reach the terraces. One bedroom with a double bed, one with bunk bed and Baby cot , sleeps 5. The kitchen has an electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, as well as cutlery, toaster, microwave, water cooker and coffee maker. The bathroom is tiled with shower, toilet, towel dryer and sink.

The house is located on a 1200sqm plot and is completely fenced. Two terraces, one of which is covered, invite you to have breakfast, barbecue or sunbathe. There are a garden house and storage facilities for bicycles, etc. on the property. A collective parking is available in ca.20m, below the house.

Your holiday home is in an exposed position to numerous leisure activities. From a ski lift, within walking distance, a Downhill bike park with lift transport to the summer toboggan run, very well maintained cross-country ski trails, mountain bike / ski rental and designated hiking routes, Sankt Andreasberg and its beautiful surroundings offers many opportunities to do sports. In ca.12 km distance, lies Bad Lauterberg. THE! shopping city in the Harz! Again, there are numerous opportunities for recreational activities. (Kirchbergtherme, Vitamar swimming pool, Shopping...) Furthermore, the cities Goslar, Braunlage, Bad Harzburg in a radius of about 10-30 km, always worth a visit.
And even the passionate angler gets his money's worth here. In addition to fishing shops, clubs or ponds, a total of 120 waters and routes are registered on the anglermap website within 25 km of Sankt Andreasberg. Petri Heil !!
