Don’t miss these sunsets! This house has been remodeled since hurricane Ian. The home now possesses an open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. The remodel features new cabinets, island, floors, bathroom, and furniture. An upgraded water system has been installed. Newly remodeled master bathroom.
Enjoy the private pool and the beautiful sunsets from this extra large southern exposure lanai that overlooks a golf access canal. The lanai is completely enclosed in a brand new screened in enclosure. Enjoy a romantic getaway for 2 or bring the whole family as this quiet neighborhood home sleeps up to 10. Location is everything. You can walk or bike to the yacht club beach, restaurants and parks, or sit on the back lanai and relax while watching the boats or for the occasional dolphin or manatee on the golf access canal. 10 minutes to open water. This home has a split plan with the master bedroom on one side and 2 guest bedrooms on the other. Bedroom number 4 is located on the oversized lanai (cabana type with A/C, Queen bed, and T.V. *No on suite bath). The living room contains a pull out sofa for an additional two person sleeping space. This home contains a master suite and an additional guest bathroom for the remaining bedrooms. Open floor plan recently upgraded and waiting for you to enjoy. Warm electrically heated pool and a dock for fishing. #birdwatcher ? Even the endangered and protected burrowing owl cause our front yard home. They are often spotted perching on the front lawn and flying around the neighborhood hunting for food. An incredible site to see and they are about as cute as a button.

This rental was everything they said it was on the listing! Everything was clean, quiet and very relaxing! We were there for a baseball tournament and this location was very close to all The parks! Would definitely recommend this spot!!!

This house was perfect for our family get away. Very spacious and clean. The pool was great for the kids to have something to do while we were at the house. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again myself. The neighborhood was close to anything we needed.

Everything teens needed!

We enjoyed a quick 4 night stay with 4 teens. The layout of the home was excellent to give them their own space, bathroom & area to relax. The pool & outdoor area was another well used hangout spot. Furniture & beds were comfy, kitchen was fully equipped. Honestly the only complaint might be the 1 ply toilet paper, but overall a great spot!

A great week in Cape Coral

This house was exactly what we needed for grandparents and a young family. The house was extremely clean and well stocked, i.e. scissors, sharp knives, plenty of pans, plastic containers for those left overs! Plus they stocked the house with the initial needs - a few coffee filters, paper towels, laundry soap. We had a great week. The house is so close to the Yacht Club Beach and we had dinner 2 nights right at the restaurant at the beach tables - perfect for a 3 and 4 year old. Outdoor restaurants ,a grocery story, Dollar General and drug store only a few blocks away. We didn't have one problem and the house has obviously been rehabbed and everything was new, fresh and clean. This is a great location. This house gets a 5+.

Girls Trip

Highly recommend! I am getting married in late October and to celebrate we had a girls weekend get away! The property manager and owner were very accommodating and super responsive if anything further was needed for us. The whole booking process from start to finish was very smooth and so easy. There are some great spots to check out that are close to the house, too! We highly recommend The Yacht Club for a small beach view and food/drinks on the beach. Ot has a pier for great photos, too. Jungle Bird has a great dinner atmosphere with one of a kind drinks and crazy presentation. We also checked out Dixie Roadhouse which had line dancing. The staff and locals were excited to teach us how to line dance and see everyone on the dance floor. You should also check our Rusty’s if you want a little more dancing and a party vibe. We arrived on a Thursday and checked out a karaoke night at Backstreet which had so much talent! All the locals go there and they were so engaging; even if you aren’t a singer. We had the best first night there and Backstreet is only about 10 minutes from the house. We checked out Fort Myers beach one day which is about a 20 minute drive from the house. Highly recommend a beach day if you can and checking out the local shops down there. The house is great and has everything you would ever need! The set up is decorated cute and the space is very clean. We had 8 woman in our party, so sleeping arrangements were also great. If I had to change anything I do wish their were more mirrors around the house and a floor length mirror. With 8 woman getting ready at once and showering with 2 bathrooms it was a little more difficult with mirrors only being in the bathroom and none in the bedroom outside. The house has an ironing board as well but unfortunately didn’t have an iron. Overall, we had the best time and literally everyone in Cape Coral was so incredibly nice! None of us had ever been, but will definitely be back!

My family loved our stay here. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to stores and restaurants. The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone. My daughter loved having the pool at the house and we all enjoyed sitting and dining outside. We would definitely stay here again!

A “real home away”!

Great house. Great location. Everything you need and then some. I loved the personal small touches such as the welcoming basket and the coffee/tea setup. It made me smile. I have stayed at other homes when in Cape Coral and enjoyed them but this just felt like a family member was welcoming us. My husband and I along with my son and daughter-in-law and their two sons were down for my granddaughter’s graduation. My son actually lives on tower drive but had other guests. It was a five minute ride. We were out a lot to the ceremony, dinners and always the Broadway Palms, but I loved having this house to come home to. Highly recommend. I would book it again. House is in good neighborhood and is a nice home away from home. Only thing I would change is the mattress in the master is pretty soft. If you are seeking a nice house with a pool and a safe neighborhood, I would recommend this place.

The home was in a good area. Close to the TIKI bar/restaurant, grocery stores, etc. The home was clean when we arrived. Had an issue with the pool heater but the property manager responded quickly and it was fixed in a day. The lanai is huge with plenty of shade and sun(which ever one you wanted). The back of the house is the South side which is a definite plus.

Spring break 22

Our group enjoyed this property and absolutely fell in love with the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area! The property was cozy and clean and had just enough room for our group of 10. The ages of our group covered the spectrum. Adults mid 30's, 3 teenagers, 12, 10 and 6. All of the kids used the pool and the boys loved fishing in the canal. The outside entertaining area was where we spent most evenings after enjoying dinner somewhere in town. We would definitely book again if/when we head back to the Cape Coral area. Property manager Cindy was great. Thanks again!

Why they chose this property

Our property is located in the Yacht Club neighborhood. It is one of the original and most sought after neighborhoods in Cape Coral, located near downtown Cape Coral, restaurants, shopping, and the Yacht Club (public) and beach itself. The large lanai is great for entertaining and has the best views of the most amazing sunsets. Our home was built in1968 and has been recently updated with new amenities giving it a modern feel with the charm of historic Cape Coral. The block the house is located on has a very neighborhood feel and is ideal for families looking for fun.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of this home are that we offer a large lanai that over looks a gulf access canal. Fishing can be done off the pier in the rear yard. Occasional dolphin and manatees have been seen in the canal and for bird enthusiasts we currently have our very own burrowing owl named "woody" living in our front yard with his brand new girlfriend. Babies soon? We hope so.This home is a short drive to several beaches and restaurants. Everything Cape Coral has to offer. Kick pack, Pop a bottle of wine and watch all the wonder that God creates in the sky. As relaxing as it gets. Kayaks available for a cruise down the canal. Or early morning walk to beat the heat and get some exercise are great ways to get some exercise and pass time.
