Apartment, just completed (April 2019) in an apartment complex with 146 units to rent. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via a lift.
In the complex there are two pool facilities, four paddle tennis courts and green areas with seating to linger and playgrounds.
The apartment is located on the seafront with stunning views of the Bay of Almunecar.
The apartment has a modern furnished spacious living room with Led TV, leather furniture, dining table and access to the balcony.
The chic fitted kitchen includes an oven, microwave and dishwasher and also has access to the balcony with table for meals overlooking the sea.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Alles war genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Empfang war sehr nett und freundlich. Der Strand und einige Restaurants sehr schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen. Es war sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Confort et tranquillité

Condo offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour 2 ou plusieurs personnes. Tout est neuf, électros très propres et fonctionnels, câble, Internet et un grand balcon avec abris retractable au besoin. Sur les lieux, une piscine (utilisable selon la saison) et terrain de jeux. Tout est très bien tenu et très propre. On s'y sent en sécurité. Autre point très appréciable, est le stationnement intérieur. Vraiment rien n'y manque et les hôtes sont très réactifs si nous avons des questions. Le complexe est situé dans un secteur résidentiel un peu en retrait des foules du Centre ou autour de la promenade. Mais pas très loin pour en profiter ;-) Cette unité offre une vue rurale charmante à l'avant et la mer de côté. Rue sans issue, mais accès à la petite baie où 3 restos y sont nichés (ouverts selon les saisons, horaires à verifier) et une belle promenade le long du rocher "El parque Mediterraneo". Pour le reste, une voiture est nécessaire. Les hôtes ont laissés beaucoup de documentation nécessaire pour y séjourner (infos visites, suggestions restos, urgences etc. ). Nous les remercions de leur accueil et recommandons cette unité pour des vacances confortables et reposantes.
