15min to Ft. Myers downtown and beach. 50min to beautiful Sanibel and Captiva islands. 1hr to Naples, and Marco Island. Naples Zoo is a must see for the family. Local Shopping and Outlets.

Great house, right on the water! It was stocked with every necessity you could think of which makes being forgetful so much less stressful! Michael was an amazing host and very accommodating! Loved the home and Cape Coral, we’ll be back!!

Perfect stay

For a trip with my mother, this could not have been more perfect. All one level, open to the lanai and pool, all updated, large bedrooms/showers and recently updated. Michael was very gracious and met us at the house when we arrived to make sure we got settled in. He was also very prompt in answering any questions we had. Could not have asked for more!!

SW CAPE CORAL HAS EVERYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE FOR FUN, FOOD AND ADVENTURE. THERE ARE SO MANY BEACHES CLOSE BY AND THE GULF OF MEXICO IS SIMPLY BREATH TAKING. GO EXPLORE NEARBY SANIBEL ISLAND, BONITA BEACH OR DRIVE UP THE COAST TO LIVELY TAMPA AND THE EMERALD COAST, BUT COME BACK TO THE LAID BACK LIFESTYLE OF THE CAPE. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT.

My property is a little gem. Completely renovated into a spa like retreat. Simple yet elegant and classy. The clean easy environment is open, airy and friendly just like everyone you will meet in the Cape.
