Very spacious rooms, simple in decor. The home does need some love, and description mentions air conditioning, but not the swamp cooler units in the top floor bedrooms which work well but are loud for sleeping.

The house was exactly as the listing described, clean and well stocked with bathroom supplies Communications with Omer was clear and detailed. We had a couple of issues that were promptly taken care of. Would recommend.

Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more supplies such as a baking sheet, spatulas and a pizza cutter but otherwise a great place!

Golf trip

Three of us travelled to the DC area to play four rounds of golf with a local friend. The condo was ideal as it has 3BR/ 3BA and a half bath. Perfect for our needs. Will use it again next year.

Nice comfortable townhouse

Communication with owner and home guide are excellent. The location is safe and quiet in a nice residential area. Comfortable with everything we needed. We would stay again. There is some wear but no more so than in my own home (only reason for the 4 out of 5 on cleanliness, otherwise 5 out of 5 it was clean and tidy). Would recommend.

Wedding weekend

This townhome was exactly what we were looking for. It allowed us to relax and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Two cars fit well in the garage, however, I would suggest 2 sedans if that is your plan. One of ours was an SUV and it was a slight challenge.I highly recommend this convenient property!

Trip to Washington DC

Close to Metro station, but was a longer commute. (Was okay with that). Pet friendly. Bathroom showers and kitchen area were clean. Light staining on furniture, kitchen chairs. Overall, simple amenities if just needing a place to sleep and have light meals.

family visit

This property was great for my group. My dad needed a room on the main floor with his own bathroom. In fact, the number of bathrooms was a huge selling point! The space for a group of 5 (no spouses) was perfect. Plenty of room. The location was wonderful - close to the airport and stores/restaurants, parks (all of which we used) and close to hop on the highway to DC. The online information book about the house provided all the information we needed. EASY check in and check out and communication was awesome. THANK YOU!!!

Overall the place was nice and accomodated our needs. The kitchen had decent supplies, the beds were clean and really comfortable. The bathrooms were also clean a big plus and water pressure was good (also high shower head for tall people). There were extra a/c units in the upstairs room which were nice and needed. The house itself was a good size, nice separation of rooms and space and the neighborhood felt safe. The things that could use improvement, the fridge was not hooked up to a filter or water system so no clean water or ice. The kitchen table was missing chairs (the owner sent some folding ones but they were an akward height and slant). There were a lot of stains on the furniture and broken furniture. Could be nicer, marks and scuffs on the walls, lots of weeds and junky unused furniture in the backpatio, missing towel racks leaving holes in the walls, details like that that make a difference.

Comfortable Stay!

We had a good stay. The check in was very easy. We were able to pull the car right into the garage, which was great. The neighborhood was fine, and was close to the Hyatt Regency Reston where we were attending a conference. The kitchen was fine overall. Everything was in working order. There were a minimal number of plates, silverware and cooking implements. One of the kitchen chairs was broken. One bedroom is on the ground level and two bedrooms are on the third floor. This worked out ok for us, but was a little nerve wracking initially as both of my sons are autistic. It was great to have 3.5 bathrooms. The house was warm when we arrived but the room air conditioners in the attic bedrooms cooled the bedrooms down quickly. There are a lot of stairs, so bear this in mind when booking.

Not what I expected

Photos by host were misleading. No guest tag for parking outside the garage (Had 3 cars). Told to park outside the neighborhood. Chose to park one car at a relative’s house 30 minutes away. Not enough dishes or mugs to support a 3 bedroom home. 3 mugs and teaspoons! No salad plates. Had to buy paper cups and dishes. Courtyard between home and garage was over gown with weeds.

Nice but needs improvements

The whole process was easy and communication was excellent host. The neighborhood was beautifully and it only took us 30 minutes to get in to Washington D.C. The cons that have are to the cleanliness of the inside of the property. A lot of the pillows were stain what appeared like blood. The couch as well. Looks like the need to vacuum on top and underneath the couch and pillows. The kitchen was missing essentials to cook and bake. We bought frozen pizza and realize after much searching there was no pan. If you can deal with that tho a this place is prime location. It wasn’t too much of a deal since we cleaned and wash and we were thankful that there was already soap readily available. Place just needs a bit of an uplift and it will be set. Overall we did enjoy it and would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for those issues.
