Come and marvel at the serene lakefront setting of this cozy cottage in Union, scenically situated on the western shore of Crawford Pond. Take in spectacular sunrises and sunsets, crystal-clear evening skies, and the beautiful, haunting call of the loons each night. Get away from it all and immerse in nature with this authentic cabin experience with just the essentials.

This home sits just above the shore of Crawford Pond, a warm-water lake known for bass sport fishing. A staircase leads down to a dock at the water's edge, so you can easily kayak to Hundred Island for a picnic lunch and a day of exploring. The surrounding area is home to all sorts of charming outposts - the Union Farmers Market, Sweetgrass Farm Winery & Distillery, and Beth's Farm Market - with the towns of Rockland and Camden within 14 miles.

A deck wraps around the rear of the cottage, providing the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon barbecues on the gas grill, and sunset dinners with a view of the lake. Inside, the house is rustic and comfy, with knotty pine adorning the floors, walls, and ceilings. Enjoy plush seating and large windows in the living area, and an eat-in kitchen.
