One level home with a one car attached garage. 0.36+/- acre level yard is great for pets, children or a nice outdoor game with a barbeque and gas fire pit as well as deck for unwinding after a busy day in the great outdoors. This home has 15 different restaurants all within 1.2 miles. The Moore Dam Reservoir is 3.8 miles away and a great place to swim, fish, kayak, paddleboard and boat. Cannon Mountain and Franconia Notch State Park are 15 minutes from the house; Bretton Woods and the Omni Mount Washington Hotel are within 30 minutes; the Weathervane Theatre and Mountain View Grand Hotel are within 20 minutes. This was our second time staying here, and it was equally as amazing as our first. Great backyard for a dog in a quiet neighborhood and so close to Littleton Main Street…highly recommended!

Wow, what a beautiful, peaceful place to stay! The home was exceptionally clean, was very well appointed, and in a very safe and quiet, yet easily accessed, location. Great communication and quick responses to any questions with the owner. Check-in and check-out were both easy processes. We definitely would stay here again when in Littleton. A wonderful stay!

Baby Shower Weekend

We loved this cozy house in Littleton! We will be back to stay for sure. House is located in quiet neighborhood, close to town center. We were close to the Inkwell Cafe, where we held a Baby Shower for my niece. Had a fabulous weekend, enjoyed this home and fenced in yard!

Great stay!

Quiet neighborhood and great home. Downtown Littleton was within walking distance and offered a few good restaurants. Quick driving distance to many beautiful locations as well!

Great stay for visit to White Mountains

We had a great stay at this home. Worked great and the fully fenced yard was nice to have our dog able to run around in. Quiet neighborhood but close to town and the sights of the White Mountains

Littleton Gem

Checking in was easy and convenient, and the house was clean and had everything we needed and more. We loved the local art which gave it a special touch. Our dog loved the fenced in yard. Definitely the best home we have stayed in in this area!

Mountain Getaway

This property was perfect for us. It was clean and well stocked. I loved the quality of the bedding. The sheets were very nice. The location worked well for us. We enjoyed the restaurants of Littleton and were quite close to the tourist attractions that we wanted to see.

It was a quaint and pleasant place. Wonderful rooms and AC in each one to regulate to your own liking. It’s a very clean house and very quiet neighborhood. The back yard is so charming and absolutely a great place to relax:) overall: a wonderful stay:)

Small but very nice

We were in town to visit family and see the local sights. The house was small but very clean, well kept and killer AC to get away from the heat and humidity. Hosts were extremely responsive when messaged. Would definitely stay here again.

My new favorite home!

This place was amazing!!!! Doug was very communicative and helpful during the whole process! The pictures don’t even do it justice!!!!! Perfect size home for what we needed!! I will 100% be staying here again! Perfect location! Super quiet neighborhood but also a mile from downtown area/Walmart! Thank you again Doug!

Great Location and Reasonably Priced

Home is clean and has all the essentials. Owner is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Location is very close to Main Street and convenient to highway if planning on going for drives while visiting.
