This charming 2 Bedroom home features a heated pool nestled into a tropical lush paradise which creates a very private and relaxing setting. A beautiful open concept floor plan combines the living area, dining area and kitchen with a fantastic screened porch located off the living area to enjoy the Florida weather. Come enjoy the sunshine, kick back and relax, in your Home Away From Home!

***The home features 1.5 baths plus an outdoor shower. There is a full bathroom inside the home with an additional half bath as well. Outside is a magnificent outdoor shower which is private as well!

Great location and lovely property

When we told our friends (who have a place locally) where we were staying they responded with "oh you're in the nice part of town"And they were right, there's a Starbucks and an independent breakfast spot actual walking distance away. Wilton Manor Drive is a short cab or a manageable walk. Lots of options for food, drinks and groceries, while being only 10 min from the beach (our pups LOVED the dog beach from 6am-9am every day)Heated pool was great, especially as we were there for Christmas. We actually spent way more time in the house than we expected to, because it was so comfortable (plus the holiday). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and hope you will too.

New Years vacation

We stayed in the house for two weeks and it worked out beautifully. Quiet location, quiet, neighbors, and walking distance to a number of things including Wilton Drive. The house was exactly as it was projected online. We enjoyed it from the moment that we walked in we would have no hesitation to rent it again in the future.

Outstanding stay from start to finish! We had to go Fort Lauderdale for a family emergency. We got in the plane without knowing where we would be staying. While in the planes WiFi, I emailed a few VRBO property owners to check for a same day check in. Andy got back to me right away, and confirmed a same day check in. The house was more like staying in a friends home rather than an impersonal hotel room. The sheets and towels were plentiful, including pool towels. The silverware and dishes had what we needed for our family. There were many conveniences - like Alexa in every room to be used as clocks, alarms, and even sound machines. It’s really a three bedroom home as there is an office with a futon that converts to a double bed. You could also use an air mattress in there. (We used both because more family came in as they stay went on. We worked with the property manager to extend the stay because we needed more time with our family. The location is private and quiet, but incredibly conveniently located to stores and restaurants. Everything is available in a mile or two! The neighbors are friendly, and it’s a great place to walk or run! The screened in porch makes the home feel much larger with additional living space, and the pool is much larger than we usually find in this area. I was concerned about having only one shower inside, but there is a private outside shower that can also be used. A creative solution! The extra half bath helped too. In short, book it!
