This newly renovated WATERFRONT has been professionally decorated loaded with warmth and all new upscale furnishings, very little has been left out of this home. Your home away from home has plenty of appliances and gadgets to accommodate the best of chef's in your family. There are plenty of places to gather or escape in this large 4000+ sq ft home. The estate offers manicured grounds with a brand 40,000 gallon heated pool. The pool area has a Fire pit, large patio and plenty of area on the large pool patio great to get some sun on the chaise lounge chairs or enjoy the cool coastal nights next to the fire pit. We offer 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards to use on the salt water river that leads out to Watch Hill RI very relaxing easy water to navigate with tons of scenic spots including our family of bald eagles!

Inside on the first floor the home has a gourmet eat in kitchen that seats 12 people, a large sun room with wide screen TV the all season sun-room with wicker furniture that has windows and doors that fully open up allowing the ocean breeze that blow from little Narraganset bay.

The basement offers a large entertainment room, full bathroom, with lounge area, full bar area, pool table, ping pong table, dart board and games along with a wide screen TV.

The upper floor[s] offer 2 master suites with King bed, two large closets, a fireplace, large master bath with a soaking tub and a custom shower.
Bonus room offers a 3 queen beds this is great room for kids with bean bags a large tv and a full bath. A 4th private bedroom suite with queen bed and large closet

This home is excellent for Family events, Anniversary’s, Holiday’s that the whole family or family friends will enjoy.

Property was clean, spacious. Had tons of games and activities that was entertaining for the whole family, including a well maintained billiards table and ping pong table. Bedrooms were clean and spacious, showers clean. TVs are all Hisense Tvs w Roku.grill works well, kitchen also is very spacious with plenty of cooking utensils. There is a little 'pebble beach' area which can be used to launch a kayak or raft. Owner was always reachable with questions / issues.

Owners were awesome and we played endless whiffle ball, horseshoes, ping pong and pool. Wish we stayed during summer so we could use the pool and canoe in River, guess we’ll have to come back. Highly recommend!

This is a nice, large home ideal for an extended family stay. It is set on a large lot with a river view. Nice pool and lots of athletic equipment/games around for entertainment.

Great stay & Ample Space

Thank you Pierce and Debbie for a wonderful stay! Though the weather outside was not ideal, there was so much to do in the house and we had a great time. Beautifully decorated, clean, and fully stocked. The house was perfect for our trip! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and karaoke machine! Good thing the property is far away from other houses. Hope to be back soon!

Gorgeous Home Super Clean

We celebrated my daughter's wedding at this property, it was truly gorgeous. The setting right on the water, the sun rise, and mostly having the ability to have our small family all stay together. The owner was VERY easy to communicate with. Love this home!

Full Family Getaway

Our family of ten - ages 1 to 76 - all found lots to do and enjoy at this wonderful location! There was room to be together as well as space to be apart. The view, the pool and patio, and having the waterfront with kayaks & paddle boards all made the week exceptional. The game room was tons of fun also! Lots of stairs for extra exercise! Hosts Pierce and Debra were very helpful and friendly. All in all, a wonderful family week together!

A Perfect Stay in a Perfect Place!

We loved everything about our stay in Stonington - I'm not sure we could have had a better stay; from the endless activities - yes we took advantage of them all (including pool, ping pong, heated pool, games, kayaks, paddleboards and even karaoke) to the luxurious sleeping quarters, we had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well stocked and provided a perfect place to cook local seafood and sit down for family dinners. The house brought our group together and also let us have time on our own in quiet nooks that were unexpected but appreciated. The property owners/ managers are extremely responsive and took care of everything. We are already planning our return to this beautiful place!

Best Beach House Family Holiday

We had a wonderful family holiday at Pierce & Debra's beach house in Stonington, CT. They were responsive and went the extra mile to provide local recommendations. The rental had everything necessary for our age group ranging in age from 8 months to 70 years old - all necessary pool essentials, extensive kitchen supplies for celebrating birthdays as well as a New England lobster bake. Close to St. Michael's, Barn Island Wildlife area, Mystic Aquarium, etc. Easy drive from both Providence & Hartford airports for family traveling from the Midwest. Looking forward to vacationing here again! Highly recommend this exceptional destination and location!

Magnificent home, beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfectly clean, comfortable, and great for entertaining. Upon arrival, my guests and I were in awe at how beautiful the home and property were. Plenty of room for 10 adults to spend time both inside and outside. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool due to the time of year, but I’d love to come back in the summertime. Checkin process couldn’t be easier, and the host was responsive and friendly. Only minor improvement that could be made is to provide a few small amenities for traveling folks. There was no body soap /shampoo in the showers or K cups for the coffee machine that we could find. A very minor inconvenience, we just bought these in town, but would be a nice to have. Overall 10/10 would absolutely book again.

although the pictures on the listing are impressive, they do not do the property justice. The kitchen on the middle floor has the counter space and the room space to cook any sized meal for any occasion. the game room downstairs allowed us to have both a ping pong and a pool tournament at the same time. plus the arcade games and the boardgames all readily available. the beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms left us in awe. these things were accompanied by a sprawling property with the heated pool, second story deck all kinds of kayaks and paddle boards for water activities. the water in the middle of the river is not deep at all which makes for a great saftey factor. we had guys fishing at all times of day right off the property catching all kinds of fish. this place was an amazing experience and the hosts were great to deal with and respected our privacy and were very clear on the rules and regulations. i wish i could give the listing 10 stars. truly unbelievable.

AMAZING!

When I read all the previous reviews I thought 10/10 must be an exaggeration, however that was not the case. The setting of this home: water view, pool and surrounding fields is lovely. The kitchen included every cooking device, one might need and all the dishes, glassware and spices for preparing and serving a meal. The house was very clean, the beds comfortable, and plenty of towels available Both in the BRs and near the pool. The outdoor seating area is very accommodating on 2 levels and as is the kitchen and attached family room with a large TV. We needed more time to truly enjoy the game room but it was also very inviting. There were 2 adjustments that needed to be made: the 2 lovely master bedrooms share a bathroom. The bathroom was so large that it ended up not being a problem. The other was what I would consider fairly steep stairs to each floor. Somehow we all managed to run up and down without a problem. This house provided a relaxed and wonderful environment for my family and friends to be together and we will have special memories of our time spent there.

Family reunion vacation

This is an amazing property that met all the needs of us, two teenage girls, another adult aunt & uncle couple, and older grandparents. We made use of every amenity from pool, to game room, fire pit and paddle boards. The game room was a life saver for cool or rainy parts of the day and it let people have some autonomy on what they did. The house is big enough to spread out as well be together. All the finishings were beautiful, comfortable and not overdone where we didn’t feel like we had to be too nervous to damage someone’s home and belongings. Only thing I’d mention is there are a lot of stairs which we didn’t quite realize until we had person with limitations but it was fine because once he relocated to any main floor there was little reason to leave. We loved being central to Mystic, Stonington , Watch Hill and Misquamicut. We spent the day on a little outing, afternoon by pool grilling and nights at the fire pit. And bonus, despite the rain little to no bugs! We saw bald eagles, bunnies, a coyote (up the road) and gold finches. Truly a beautiful location. Host and hostess were very friendly and very responsive! Kids have been saying they hope we go back every year, which is a lot from teenagers 😁

Memorial Day Weekend

Rented this property for Memorial Day weekend with family and we couldn’t have been happier. Available on-time and check-in was a breeze. Pierce & Debra were informative and during our stay they were easy to contact, responded promptly and helpful as can be. The home was spotless. Every room modern and updated, decorated thoughtfully, with attention to detail and luxurious touches throughout. Kitchen had every utensil or feature possible and grill was big and clean. Pool was clear and warm and patio/yard area were beautiful. The game room was stocked with so many amenities to keep us entertained at night or in the event of a rainy day. More than one guest remarked that it was “even better than in the pictures” and by the next morning, all had commented on how comfortable the beds were. We were 3 adult couples sharing the house for 3 nights and everyone was comfortable; many areas to gather but more than enough space to feel like we weren’t on top of each other. Plenty of room in the loft for additional guests or children as well. Ideal location with the view of the water and privacy. Restaurant/bars/shopping in Mystic/Westerly an easy car ride away. I cannot stress enough that nothing felt cheap, dirty, used or “photographed well.” Everything was in working order and we did not find one item that was broken or not as promised. Our only regret was that we didn’t tack an extra night or two onto our stay. We absolutely intend to rent again in the near future!
