Stay

The place was run down. It worked for what we needed which was a place to stay in the evenings but the grill did not work, there were stains on the beds/furniture, coffee maker did not work, ping pong table was broken, the towel holder would slip off in the main bedroom, some of the nobs on the stove were missing, the water didn't work on the refrigerator, etc. Wish VRBO would list things places accurately and high quality.

Camelback mountain conquerors

The home was absolutely beautiful! The pool was perfectly heated for an early morning swim before a full day adventure. So close to camelback mountain that we hiked it twice. Located in a lovely neighborhood with a great view of the mountain side when you step out the front door.. We would highly recommend it, and hope to come back! Also, very conveniently located near the airport!

Great location and house, but a few issues

The house was exactly as described and shown - excellent all around. The location was perfectly situated to old town Scottsdale (walkable), which means it is a great location for anything in the phoenix area. We encountered two issues: 1) I sent multiple messages to the management company requesting an early check-in. I never received a reply. 2) the pool was filthy and un-swimmable upon our arrival. The management company responded quickly and sent someone within 2 hours. Unfortunately, between the cleaning time and the time needed to let the "shock" chemicals clear, we were already headed out the door for dinner by the time it was ready. We were never able to use the pool on our short 1-night stay.
