Wonderful, clean, comfortable property in a great neighborhood. We felt totally at home here and loved walking around the area, exploring the restaurants and shops, and strolling around the lake, which is only a few blocks away. We would absolutely stay here again!

Thank you so much for the kind review! We hope you folks come visit again!
Ben was a great host and the property was very nice with a great location. A very nice touch was the laundry detergent, paper towels, TP, shower gels and shampoo/ conditioner. It was greatly appreciated!

Thank you for the kind review! We’re very happy we could provide the extra amenities to make your stay more comfortable!
The Harriet House is a cute house nestled in a walkable neighborhood with cute antique shops and restaurants. My party of 3 gal pals were there for a birthday party of a close, long time friend. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean. The house has a nice screened in patio on the second floor with a front deck patio. Ben, our host, communicated appropriately and professionally. There are two large smart TVs which were used to watch a collegiate football game (after logging into YouTube TV). We enjoyed our stay! Thanks, Ben!
Beautiful house, highly recommend!! The house is spacious and comfortable, bright and well appointed. Everything we needed was there, and the owner was extremely attentive and easy to reach. The location is great. Perfect for a family or group stay in Minneapolis. We'll come back if we have the chance!!
Fantastic location, and great house. Very safe, blocks away from the lake, family, friendly location. House had everything we needed. Ben was super attentive to any questions we had. The house is adorable. The only downside is if stairs are an issue this is not the house for you.
The house was very well located for where we needed to be in Minneapolis. Nice neighborhood with good amenities nearby. The house was consistent with other houses in the neighborhood-- older homes with charm and a few eccentricities. Some of the stairs are steep and narrow if you have mobility issues. Not an issue for us, but might be for some visitors. All in all, a very nice stay.
Property is ideally located for enjoying the city.
Very clean and well thought out decor
Very comfortable in all respects
Ben was immediately responsive to all questions
Would recommend without reservation
Ben the host was very responsive and accommodating. Even got the gym area hand weights after we asked if they were available. Would definitely stay here again!
Great place for families! 2 blocks to excellent park, nice kid amenities like booster seat and baby gate. The house was comfortable and the location unbeatable.Only request is they change the polyester sheets for cotton. That would be a big and easy upgrade.
Good location in a nice, very walkable, quiet residential area and about 10-15 minute walk to lakes, shops, and short drive to grocery. Some nice old architectural features on the inside of the house. Very comfortable for three people. Kitchen has most of the basics and is a good size. Bedrooms were comfortable tho of very different sizes (we drew straws to see who got which!). We all used the nice large modern shower in the basement and not the shower in the claw-footed tub on the second floor. PLENTY of towels as well as extra supplies (TP, etc). Very convenient to have a washer and dryer (in the basement next to the shower)The AC worked well (weather was in the mid 90s when we visited) and there are fans in one room and a window AC in the attic bedroom.Ben was very responsive throughout - couldn't have been better!

Why they chose this property
Linden Hills is a stunning neighborhood with a rec center and park two blocks north of the house. Lake Harriet is three blocks east. During the summer, you’ll often see live music, movies in the park, or special events at the Bandshell Park. And there are numerous eateries, coffee shops, ice cream parlor, and brewery all within 3-4 blocks. Half-way around Lake Harriet you will discover the rose garden, a Japanese themed garden, and bird sanctuary. We are 10-12 minutes to downtown. And about the same to the Mall of America. 1/2 mile south is Antique Row, where you can sift and sort to find the perfect keepsake to take home!
