2019 Grand Design by Transcend, 300+ sq ft, 38' long RV. Like new, only taken out 5 times. Parked in our Big Backyard, surrounded by a 6' privacy wood fence, in a quiet, 'out in the country' neighborhood, waiting just for you. Volleyball, corn hole, BBQ grill, & frisbees, are available for your fun OR free wifi and quiet surroundings if you need to work. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids (possibly 2 more 'little' people) OR 1 adult needing some peace and quiet. IH-35 is 2 miles to the east. SH-45 is 3 miles to the west. Great location to all things in Central Texas!

Now that I'm retired, hosting is a GREAT way to meet new people and hopefully provide a perfect, safe, clean spot for travelers who need to be away from home.
Rex & I have been married almost 1/2 a century with most of those years being very happy! We are more than blessed to have 3 beautiful daughters, who are each married to our wonderful son in laws and have so far given us 5 perfect grandchildren (well, most of the time!).

Why they chose this property
Manchaca has been home for 35 years. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Austin, yet close enough to plenty of action. Walking into our back yard to get TO the trailer, might seem a little weird, but once you enter our almost 2/3 of an acre, privacy fence, green (most of the time!) backyard, you'll see why this is the perfect spot for you to unwind or just have as safe place to stay.
