Cozy and quiet holiday home, consisting of 2 ground floor apartments in the OT village. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance (600m). The sea dike is located a few minutes away, the nearest bus stop is 300m away. In the house may not be smoked. Each apartment has its own terrace. The garden is available for communal use. The tenants can also use the garage. In a separate laundry room is a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a barbecue. Bed linen and towels are available for a fee.

Families with children are welcome! The house is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. A small hall in the entrance area has a cloakroom, the bathroom with bath / WC connects. In the living room you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with dining area and a cozy sitting area with satellite color TV and stereo. From here you go across the terrace in the beautifully landscaped garden. There are two separate bedrooms available. A linen set (bed linen and towels) is available on request as an additional service for 20.00 EUR p. P. bookable. In the apartment you can use our in-house Wi-Fi internet for free. Also telephone calls in the German fixed net of the Telekom are free of charge (flatrate). SAT-TV, radio and CD player as well as a DVD player complete the offer. In the apartment there is a cot. A high chair is available in the laundry room.
