On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: property 12'000 m2 with lawn, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, natural pond. Table tennis, boccia (extra), children's playground. In the complex: WiFi, storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 5 km, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 18 km, indoor swimming pool 18 km, bathing lake 18 km. Minigolf 6.5 km, riding stable 7.5 km, walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Hansestadt Wismar 10 km. Please note: car recommended. The Gollwitzer Park consists of five two-storey apartment blocks with a total of 45 apartments, on the property is also a fenced natural pond. Smoking on the balcony is not allowed.

Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The sleeping possibility in the nursery is a pull-out bed (tandem bed).

Gollwitzer Park Haus.. Wohnung...

Zweites Zimmer wird mit zwei Einzelbetten beworben, was nicht der Wahrheit entspricht. Kein zweites Schlüssel vorhanden, obwohl mit 4 Personen belegt. Es wurde keine Grundreinigung durchgeführt. Überall Spinnweben und Mücken sowie klebriger Fußboden und verdrecktes Geschirr. Laut Aussage vom Hausmeister dürfte die Geschirrspülmaschine nicht benutzt werden. Hausmeister geht auf die Probleme nicht ein und verweist auf den Eigentümer. Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Wohnung Nr. 28

Ferienwohnung 5

Wir waren etwas zu früh am Ferienort, die Whg. sol so dass die Wohnung noch gereinigt werden musste. Nach ca 1,5 h wurden wir angerufen, dass alles fertig wäre. ..Das wars dann auch schon mit der Wohnungsübergabe. Die Wohnung an sich ist gut gelegen. Man ist schnell am Strand.
