Wir waren eine Woche da und hatten eine gute Zeit mit Hund.leider ist das Bad nicht für große Leute gemacht.Das Waschbecken hatte ich an den Oberschenkeln..Für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen nicht geeignet. Das Sofa müßte auch erneuert werden,wir konnten nicht darauf sitzen. Es müßte ein bißchen was gemacht werden .Wir kommen aber gern wieder aber in eine andere Wohnung. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön.

Unterkunft war sauber. Das Bad müsste mal renoviert werden. Gerade in der Dusche die Ablage. Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. Im Kühlschrank stand das abgetaute Wasser noch drin. Wir waren trotz der aufgeführten Dinge sehr zufrieden!

Sauberkeit

Die Wohnung wurde nicht richtig gereinigt Nachtschränke voller Staub, Spinnweben mit mehreren Spinnen an der Decke. Starker Hundegeruch in der Wohnung. Fußboden hat geklebt. Herd und Backofen nicht gereinigt Für uns würde diese Wohnung nicht nochmal in Betracht kommen.

Die Wohnung muss Renoviert werden, im Wohnzimmer und Bad sind schwarze Flecken an der Wand. Im Bad sind Fußbodenfliesen lose. In der Wohnung ist es dunkel, es fehlen Deckenleuchten(Flur). Im Wohnzimmer könnten die Gardienen erneuert werden.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht

Die Wohnung ist schön groß aber nicht wirklich sauber. Die Bettdecken und Kopfkissen werden vom Vormieter benutzt, ungewaschen wieder hingelegt, alles riecht muffig etc. Waschbecken, Dusche und Armaturen sehr ungepflegt. Überall Spinnen an der Decke. Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, z. T. kaputt oder nicht vorhanden (Messer, DVD Player, Besen), Hausverwalter auf Nachfrage wegen Staubsauger Beutel bemüht und hilfsbereit. Für die Leistung viel zu teuer!!
