The private shale beach offers great swimming off dock and raft. 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, and a paddleboat available to enhance vacation fun. This house is perfect for multiple families. Sleeps 12 with beautiful big porches upstairs and down. There is plenty of off road parking for your cars and boat trailer. The en-suite master king room as well as a King room on the lower level have sliding doors to the lake. The Sunsets are beautiful!

Keuka Lake Family Vacation

We loved our stay. Perfect for everyone, especially the 2 year old.we were able to spread out when we wanted, but be together for games when we wanted. Loved the porches!

Beautiful home on Keuka Lake!

We had a great week at the Moe Zone. We especially enjoyed all the extra water activities: kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat, floating swim pad, etc. The house was very clean and stocked with plenty of linens and towels. We would stay here again!

summer kick off

Wonderful house and owner. Very helpful from start to finish. House was beautiful and just the right size for our group. We did plenty in the 3nights there and have already recommended it to our friends and family. House has everything you need. We did not need to bring the essentials house came with it. Pantry was also stocked with a few things that we used. The views and lake is beautiful. We had great weather as well so that helped us enjoy some water fun. The owner left a bottle of welcome wine which was enjoyed at sunset on the first night. The driveway is a little steep but the area is like that we had an SUV that we parked there and 2 cars above in the rock pathway. Thank you again.

After owning our small cottage on Keuka Lake, we built our year-round dream home. We now can accommodate our entire family. Keuka Lake is our Happy place to enjoy and share.

Why they chose this property

The Moe Zone is 6 miles/15 minutes south on route #54 from Penn Yan and 5 minutes to "TheOnleyPlace". The cottage is on the quiet lower east lake road. A 40' dock accommodates most boats and is 8' deep at the end with exceptional swimming. There is also a small walk- in beach area for young children. Many guests enjoy exceptional fishing off the dock.
