Hello Scott, The Lakeview Cookie Chalet is a well loved vacation cabin by many. We had hoped that your 10 day stay was refreshing and enjoyable as well. We had visited you several times during your stay to ensure that your needs were getting met to their fullest and had addressed the minor toilet handle issue and other minor repairs. We do provide many supplies for guests , but laundry detergent is not something that we provide currently. Throughout a 10 day stay, you are most likely to get some pollen from the forest :) This is a good thing though, as fresh pollen means that the forest is ALIVE and WELL! It's inevitable that pollen will fall outside but we do our best to prepare for this prior to your stay. We have over 60 vacation cabins and will be happy to host you in a different cabin on your next stay. We will be in contact to discuss your concerns in more details. Hello Swapna, Thank you for your feedback. We strive for perfection and we apologize that your stay was not as perfect as we had planned. This cabin has heating that is dispersed throughout the cabin AND has a large rock fireplace for additional heating. We wish that we would have been able to address your issues at the time of your reservation but we were not aware of your concerns. Your do appreciate your feedback and we have addressed the issues you brought to our attention with a new coffee maker and professional cleaning.
